I read 3 articles that announces that alcatel is looking to sell his enterprise division (http://www.networkworld.com/news/2011/042611-alcatel-lucent-enterprise.html?hpg1=bn) .
i'm a little bit confused and desperate. Why ? my company is partner with alcatel and cisco but we are long time partner (since 1994) with alcatel and we masterize very well their products : OXO, OXE, IVR, ACD, Omniswitch (9xxx, 6850, 10k, 6250).
For me, they make good products but i don't know why they are still loosing markets share? may be they don't invest too much in marketing and advertising like the big one (cisco).
