Saturday Night Training : ospf

I'm still learning for my ccie r&s exam, this night i learn (or re-learn) ospf (advanced ospf concepts).

i'm doing all my lab using my old laptop an asus x70l with 2gb of ram and 160gb hard drive and gns3

Who will buy Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise ?

I read 3 articles that announces that alcatel is looking to sell his enterprise division (http://www.networkworld.com/news/2011/042611-alcatel-lucent-enterprise.html?hpg1=bn) .
i'm a little bit confused and desperate. Why ? my company is partner with alcatel and cisco but we are long time partner (since 1994) with alcatel and we masterize very well their products : OXO, OXE, IVR, ACD, Omniswitch (9xxx, 6850, 10k, 6250).
For me, they make good products but i don't know why they are still loosing markets share? may be they don't invest too much in marketing and advertising like the big one (cisco).

My weakness

I have decided to get the CCIE RS exam, because i think there is one way way to achieve one of my goal : be an expert.
After many hours learn and learn this is for me, my weakness in Networking (when i say weakness i.e the topics that i dont masterize very well topics where my motes can be under 10 of 20)
- Multicast routing (msdp, pim-sm, etc...)
- Ipv6
-QoS
- Pfr and Oer
